Instant EFT

Instant EFT enables buyers to make payments with traditional internet banking with SA’s four biggest banks. The electronic funds transfer (EFT) gets verified instantly. No two day waiting period, no proof of payment required and no disclosure of financial information. Learn more.

ATM debit cards (via PayD)

PayD allows you to accept payment from debit cardholders. Buyers enter their debit card and mobile phone number and then authenticate the transaction on their phone. The system works with devices on the Vodacom or MTN network and with debit cards issued by Absa, Nedbank and Standard Bank. Learn more.

We make use of The Courier Guy for our “Flat Rate” delivery to send you your parcel unless requested otherwise. Once you have placed an order you will receive a Confirmation of your order. We will first check that the stock is indeed available as indicated by our system, as it may happen that quantities might differ due to human error. Do keep in mind that our Signature Collection items are also only made on order and no stock is kept on those particular items. Our in-stock items will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days. Delivery for all orders above R1000,00 will be free of charge unless it is in an outlying area and will also be delivered via The Courier Guy.  Should you have any further questions, please contact us.

In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, we will happily accept your return. Firstly notify us by email of your intention to make a return. Then all we ask is that you return your purchase in the same condition that you received it (you haven’t worn the items, there are no stains or damages, and all tags are still intact) within 14 days of receiving your order. The condition of garments will firstly be inspected before refunds or exchanges are accepted at the sole discretion of Rosalita Fashion.  You can either choose a full refund or exchange your purchase for something else.

All returns and transportation costs for returns remain your responsibility. Rosalita Fashion will not be held liable for any loss or damages occurring during the return process. All returns need to be accompanied by a clear copy of the purchase invoice.
