Refund policy
Returns: In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, we will happily accept your return. Firstly notify us by email of your intention to make a return. Then all we ask is that you return your purchase in the same condition that you received it (the items haven't been worn, there are no stains or damages, and all tags are still intact) within 14 days of receiving your order.
The condition of garments will firstly be inspected before refunds or exchanges are accepted at the sole discretion of Rosalita Fashion. If the item can not be repaired, you can either choose a full refund or exchange your purchase for something else. If you settle on a refund, the full amount will be refunded via EFT within 30 days of the date of inspection by our management.
All returns and transportation costs for returns remain your responsibility. SALE ITEMS: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Rosalita Fashion will not be held liable for any loss or damages occurring during the return process. All returns are to be accompanied by a clear copy of the purchase invoice.
